Women Printmakers of Austin will present an art exhibition of print work by national and international artists at the Live Oak Center in Columbus, Texas July 7th to August 18th, 2012. This exhibition is open to all artists in any print media and is devoted to fostering a deeper understanding of the current worldwide trends in printmaking. The theme of the exhibition is Nexus.

Nexus (title of exhibition and theme). Columbus, Texas is at the nexus or crossroads between the major Texas cultural centers of Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Although it is a small town (population: 3,916), Columbus has positioned itself as a supporter of cutting edge cultural talent. The WPA is proud to be a participant in this cultural nexus.

Awards: There will be three awards, First Place $300, Second Place $200, and Third Place $100, chosen by the jurors.

Her prints are in national and international public, private, and corporate collections.
